How The Coaching Process Works

1. Free Consultation Call & Sign Up

The first step is our free consultation call. This will give us a chance to review your goals, discuss what it would look like to work with me, and see if coaching at SRA would be a good fit for you and your goals. Whether we decide coaching is right for you or not, I have plenty of resources to point you toward so either way you'll leave the call with some next steps.

If we are a good fit for each other, we'll get you signed up, schedule our first coaching call, and you'll be one step closer to reaching your health and fitness goals!

2. Intake Assessment

Your program is built specifically for you based on your goals, preferences, prior training and diet experience, access to equipment, time available to train, and more.

Because everything is personalized, I'll need some further information from you. As soon as you sign up you'll receive an in depth questionnaire to fill out that will give me all the information I need to create the most effective plan for you.

3. Onboarding

Once you're signed up you'll receive a detailed welcome package giving you a sneak peak of what your program will look like and explain exactly how to navigate your plan and what to expect throughout the process. This will give you a chance to get familiar with the process as I build your plan. You will also get some additional educational resources to help you along the way.

4. Starting Your Program

As soon as I receive your completed intake questionnaire I'll get to work building your program and have it ready before our first coaching call. During our first coaching call we'll review the entire plan together, make sure you feel comfortable getting started, and answer any questions you may have. Then you'll be ready to rock! 

5. Weekly Check Ins

Throughout your program we'll have three main forms of check in. First will be your program itself where I'll be able to see everything you're logging in and I'll be making updates week to week based on your feedback to make sure you're progressing appropriately. Second will be 24/7 email and text support. And third will be optional weekly coaching calls to go through more in-depth questions, discuss the WHY behind what you are doing, make adjustments, etc.

6. 24/7 Support

While it comes down to you to do the work, I'm your support system and guide and I'll be with you every step of the way. Whether it's accountability, questions, adjustments, or just to brag about how well you're doing—I'm just a quick text or email away.


I encourage all clients to be curious, ask questions, and be involved in the process. When you know why you're doing certain things you'll feel more empowered and in control of your results.
