FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
This is not a cookie cutter approach—you'll receive a custom program based 100% on you. The program will be personalized to account for your:
• Fitness & physique goals
• Workout equipment available
• Desired number of workouts per week
• Time available to train
• Training history (including likes and dislikes)
• Diet history
• And much more!
I believe the "personal" aspect of personal training is incredibly important, and that's why I ensure your program will continually evolve with you, your life, and your progress.
You won't just be getting a spreadsheet and never hearing from me again—I will be with you every step along the way.
During your program there will be three levels of communication and support:
1. Your Google Sheet Template - Here you'll see my notes and suggestions for each workout, log your training data, and leave me any comments, questions, or concerns. I check in on your spreadsheet regularly throughout the week, but when you leave me message I get a notification immediately.
2. 24/7 Text & Email Support - Have a more in-depth question or need a form check? No problem. Simply send me a text or email and I will get back to you as soon as I can to keep you moving forward toward your goals.
3. Weekly Strategy Call - Each week you'll have the option to schedule a 15-30 minute focused check-in to answer questions, review your technical performance, make adjustments, and plan the week ahead.
Communication is the key—if you have questions, concerns, or need any adjustments I encourage you to let me know as soon as they arise so we can collaborate together on a solution and keep you moving forward toward your goals!

Need a form check? Simply send me a video of one of your sets and I will give you practical cues to ensure you're getting the most out of every rep.
I highly encourage clients to take advantage of video feedback and I always love seeing your PRs!

Here you'll have clear, easy to navigate spreadsheets with your exercises, demonstration videos, sets, reps, macro targets, etc—all in one place. You'll also have space to record your performance and leave notes so we can track your progress over time.
The Google Sheets app is free to download so you'll have access to your program and be able to log results while you train.
Having a gym membership is not a requirement, however you will get the most out of coaching if you have access to a commercial gym or a well-equipped home gym. No matter where you train, I tailor your program to the equipment you have available to you.
I am not affiliated with any specific gyms and where you choose to workout makes no difference to me, as long as you're comfortable with it.
If you are new to training I can absolutely help you navigate your options on where to start. Whether that's choosing a gym or purchasing equipment for home to help facilitate results.
Absolutely! Every aspect of your program is structured with your schedule, lifestyle, and time available in mind. My job is to make your life easier by taking the fitness and nutrition decisions off your plate. I'll provide the structure, you just execute.
